Himkar Dubey, CEO
Born in 1977, has 10 years of proven hands-on experience in managing and streamlining operations. An MBA with specialization in Marketing, he is at the helm of several initiatives in technology, applications, processes, customer deliveries and business development. His mission is to create a marked shift in leadership, commitment, creativity and culture with a view to accelerated increase in value delivery. His first few years as an entrepreneur have helped him gain deep and unique insights into all aspects of the business, and the needs of customers across the globe. Today, with FUSION having shown significant growth in revenues, profitability, customer base and employees, Himkar as CEO of FUSION provides leadership and overall direction in such strategic areas as business focus, talent management, technology direction and growth strategy.
He constantly strives to achieve ever higher levels of organizational excellence and customer
satisfaction by encouraging responsibility and accountability at all levels.
He loves Reggae Music and is a huge fan of the great Reggae singer, Bob Marley.
Rohit Kumar Gupta, COO
Is responsible for managing the company, formulating and executing long-term strategies, and for all interactions with clients, employees, investors and other stakeholders. He helps Fusion in decision making and policy making, setting the tone for the company’s values, ethics and culture. He has served Fusion since its inception.
He personifies Fusion’s commitment to delivering the highest quality services to its clients around the world. In his career with the company, he has built a reputation for his strong work ethic, results-oriented consensus building and exceptional ability to forge and maintain major client relationships. Prior to joining Fusion, he used to develop Audit and Monitoring systems for various organizations highlights being the System, Internal Control and Due Diligence Audit.
He received a Bachelor of commerce degree in accounts and statistics and a master of business
administration in finance.
S. P. Dubey, Director
A time tested proven professional, he has 45 years of gargantuan administrative experience in different roles. Started his career grooming children and later on got promoted up the ranks of India’s Central Government owned Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan. He has served the Sangathan in the capacity of Post Graduate Teacher, Principal and later on retired as Education Officer(Bhopal Region). He has a proud legacy of being an ardent listener, immaculate speaker, hands-on administrator & most of all is regarded as a humble professional and person. He is an avid reader and practices alternative medicinal verticals like Ayurveda & Homoeopathy as part of his love for doing social service. As Director of FUSION, he provides cushion of his rich administrative experience and vision to the FUSION family. Remains a guiding light to policy formulation of
importance at FUSION and is the nerve centre of what FUSION is today.
